California Real Estate Attorney

It all began with an idea. How can I help more people? How can I help people understand they need a legal champion in their corner when they’re in the real estate market? How many people in California can we make more confident and educated homeowners?

The Goal? ALL OF THEM!

I grew up in Illinois and practiced law in Virginia before moving to California in 2017. These two states make up a small fraction of the nearly 25 states in the country where attorneys are present throughout the process - either directly hired by the buyer or seller (Illinois) or running settlement/escrow (Virginia).

If you’re from California… the chances of you seeing an attorney when you’re buying or selling your next home are slim to none. Most of the time attorneys aren’t called in until there are problems - problems that very well may have been avoided if someone was there to spot potential issues and help navigate around them. It’s time California buyers and sellers had the legal support they need so their most important assets are protected (hint…it’s not the actual house).
